The workshop for unifying judicial practice in civil cases is being held

"Prishtina - March 16, 2023, under the leadership of the President of the Kosovo Court of Appeal, Valon Totaj, together with the General Department Chair, Judge Rafet Haxhaj, the Civil Division Head, Judge Gani Avdiu, and Judge Arsim Hamzaj, a two-day workshop has begun to unify judicial practice in civil cases.

 

The workshop focuses on discussing, identifying, and solving current issues related to judicial practice, with the aim of unifying judicial practice in civil cases. Judges from the General Department - Civil Division are part of this workshop."
